Hi I've just upgraded to a s25 ultra. The upgrade package said there was an accessories package that comes with the new plan,included was meant to be a fast charger , a set of buds 3 and a clear case. The phone was delivered today but no accessory were included.

I’ve found a monthly sim only deal on a price comparison site, that is slightly cheaper with a slightly better allowance than my current plan (also a monthly sim only plan) I looked at available plans to upgrade to in my app/account and that deal is more expensive. Is there anyway I can switch to this better plan directly? Or do I need to get a PAC and transfer as if I were a new customer?
Hello my contract is due to terminate soon, how can I just switch to a sim only contract? And what are my options.
Hi I contacted ID on live chat to discuss an upgrade they put me through to sales who said they would call me back today I have redo a call from this number 08000490250just wanted to check it is a ID customer service number and not a scam
I had a call from a number 01164890016 offering upgrade had all my details and did not want bank details just said they would take all details from my account and update the direct debit they said they were carphone warehouse but doing a search of number it relates to Fuse 2 communications scam or not?

I accepted an upgrade offer which worked perfectly for the remaining two months my original contract I now can’t make outgoing calls although incoming calls are good, also I was issued with a replacement sim which I activated also my direct debit has been increased to reflect my updrade wich has included a two year contract, I have had three live chats but no result this is amounting to taking money for a service I am not receiving.
why is it cheaper to get out a new contract than it is to upgrade my current contract

I am currently looking into upgrading and I have an idea what I want but was just looking through my options when I noticed that on contracts offered for each handset there are 2 exactly the same except they cost £50 more upfront for example one was £47.99 a month, £49 upfront for 10gb of data and unlimited texts/minutes, just under that option was one for £47.99 a month but £99 upfront for 10gb of data and unlimited texts/mins on the same exact device with the same memory and colour and everything, why would you pay £50 more for the exact same thing?

Tried to upgrade today to the Motorola Razr 50 and was told I cant upgrade to this phone because the handset was over £20 . I have never heard of this before . What is the point of offering a upgrade if when you try you are told this ? Also thie phone in my upgrade options
