I have a monthly SIM with ID at the moment, is there a credit check to upgrade to a new phone contract on ID? Thanks 

I have paid the upgrade fee fora new phone but it can only be ordered from 31/01/2025.  I have receipt of payment but no confirmation email.  Will I get this nearer the date?  It’s a birthday present and I don’t want it to get missed and arrive after.

I'm on 1 month rolling contract. I have found that to upgrade I need to stay at least 6 months. How do I end the contract after the 1st month without renewing? Is there a way to disable auto-renew?Or simply ask PAC code and on day 30 move somewhere different? Thank you 

I was under the impression the contract I was taking out for my son was unlimited data only to find out after a couple of months that it is only 5gb of data? 

I am on a sim only plan of 200GB per month, i’m about 6 months through a 12 month contract.I’d like to change/upgrade it to an unlimited data sim-only plan and i’m happy to pay more and have the 12 month contract length start again. In my account it says there are no options when i click on ‘change my plan’, but do ID mobile really not want to accept more money from an existing customer tying them in for another 12 months?I tried asking on the live chat and after a while they said yes, there is nothing they can do until contract is up apart from buying expensive addon data. I just wanted to check this is correct. as it seems crazy…. Thanks

So it's my upgrade day today and I wanted a s24 ultra but the upgrade deals they are showing me arnt what I'm willing to pay when I can see new customers getting a better deal.   So my question is if I don't upgrade and finish my contract can I then do a new customer deal I've found and keep my current number?

Hi all. I upgraded my plan and ordered Samsung S24 witch says Samsung Buds 3 Bundle available. And bundle description says “The Samsung Buds 3 bundle will be dispatched with your order”Phone was delivered next day, but I haven’t received Samsung Buds. Any help would be highly appreciated.Kind regardsRoland
