how to purchase an additional sim only contract

I have a sim only contract already so my account is setup, how do I purchase another SIM card contract (for my child) through my account?

when I try and do it separately the contact number tells me I have an account (which is right) and says to upgrade or additional plans but I can’t find anywhere how to do this.

Thanks for your post.

If you already have an iD Mobile account and would like to take out a separate SIM-only plan for your child, you'll need to place a new order for the additional plan.

You can do this directly via our website, or if you're having trouble finding the option, we'd recommend contacting our Sales Team, who can assist with setting up the new plan: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

Once the new plan is active, you'll be able to add it to your existing iD Mobile app account and manage both plans from the same place.
