My contracted has ended and I don’t want to be paying £50 a month anymore, please can I move to a sim only plan?

As your minimum contract term has now ended, you may be eligible to move to a SIM-only plan. SIM-only upgrade options become available 24 days before your minimum contract term ends, provided you're eligible.
As you've confirmed that your contract has ended, we'd recommend contacting our Sales Team via Live Chat or by calling 0800 049 0250. They'll be able to check your account, confirm your eligibility and discuss the SIM-only plans currently available to you.
If you move to SIM-only, you'll be able to keep your existing mobile number while changing to a plan that better suits your needs.
