I need to upgrade my handset can you help me with what I need to do. I’ve been out of contact for well over 2 years and never upgraded and my bill has always remained the same. Would part of my bill not have been to pay off the handset during the original 24 months?? My phone is pretty much useless at the moment so any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Regarding your current plan, if you've been out of contract for over 2 years, it's likely that the original 24-month minimum term has already ended. However, your plan doesn't automatically stop or change when it reaches the end of the contract term, so your monthly payments would continue until you upgrade, change plan, or cancel.

The Sales Team will be able to review your account, explain your current charges, and help you find the best upgrade option available.

Hopefully you'll be able to get a new handset arranged soon if your current phone is no longer meeting your needs.
