Can I change my calls, texts and data from being unlimited to a lower limit on my contract?

    Unfortunately, it's not possible to reduce your calls or texts allowances, as all iD Mobile plans come with a base allowance of unlimited calls and unlimited texts.

     

    If you'd like to reduce your data allowance, we'd recommend contacting our Sales Team to see whether there are any lower-data plans available that would better suit your needs.
