I was offered an early upgrade deal on Samsung a56 5g yesterday morning via live chat. I agreed to the deal then got disconnected 😡 tried again, got to the point where he/she had confirmed the deal again that I was offered in the morning, sent me a link to the deal - got disconnected again! I am starting to get suspicious 🤔. I am now going to wait till my contract runs out in October and bin off ID - ridiculous you can't speak to an agent - a shame as i was a very happy customer until yesterday!!!
