Still waiting for my data to be increased after agreeing a deal with live chat agent. Currently on 80GB data but should be unlimited. Have the transcript of the deal and told it would be done. Live agent ended chat when I clicked the deal for 80GB and nothing has been adapted since. Anyone else experienced this? Will it be done as burning a lot of time pursuing this. Any help would be more than welcome. Thanks
