Still waiting for my data to be increased after agreeing a deal with live chat agent. Currently on 80GB data but should be unlimited. Have the transcript of the deal and told it would be done. Live agent ended chat when I clicked the deal for 80GB and nothing has been adapted since. Anyone else experienced this? Will it be done as burning a lot of time pursuing this. Any help would be more than welcome. Thanks

Hey there ​@Ben Campion, if you spoke to our live-chat and were offered unlimited data, it’s likely they added it in the form of a loyalty add-on, and it won't show up on the app/website when logged in that you’re on unlimited, even if you are. It’s likely you’ve still on 80GB plan, with a unlimited loyalty add-on as well, so the 80GB will only show up for you.
