Hi there, I’ve upgraded to iPhone 16 Pro last month and received money for my trade-in phone on 9th of July.
I was expecting to receive an additional, promotional £100 and have a reference number which was provided when I filled out the form before sending my trade-in phone.
Can you please review and let me know what’s going on with this promotional payment?

Only 1 entry per person is permitted, duplicate entries will not be entered into the draw.

One winner will be selected at random by an independent person from all correct and eligible entries received. The winner will receive the prize listed above.
