New Data almost gone

I bought 40GB today and I was on home internet,  not even using my data.  

Now I check the remaining data is only 9GB.  How is this the case? 

This need to be rectified otherwise I am leaving ID for good.

Hi there ​@Abuu Hammaad, sorry to hear that. Your data with us would only be used when not connected to Wi-Fi, so that’ll be why the usage has occured I’m afraid. If you were only at home, then it’s likely your Wi-Fi must’ve disconnected at some point, and data used.

 

However, when you’re checking your data, are you checking it via the iD Mobile app/website, or via your phone’s own settings?

 

Furthemore, does it still state you have used this data now?
