Already with ID Mobile, can I buy phone from another provider and switch sim card

I bought my current phone from Mobiles.co.uk on ID network. Got upgrade message from ID but the Iphone 13 is around £31 a month. Found the same phone on mobiles.co.uk for £22 on the ID network. Can I just get the new phone from mobiles.co.uk amd put my old SIM in ?

    If you want to keep the same number I would advise that you follow the upgrade process.

    Unfortunately we can’t move the number from one account to another.

    If you purchase a new contract you’ll have 2 active accounts.
