Supposed to have 50GB data but only have 2GB

My daughter has just told me that she only gets 2GB data despite joining ID (in January) and paying for a plan with 50GB.

I bought two plans at the same time, one for my son and the other for my daughter. My son gets 50GB but my daughter doesn't, despite paying the same amount each month. Because I ported over their numbers it's very difficult to work out whose account is which phone number now. 

Any ideas how I can sort this out ? TIA

Hi there ​@Katieelee, sorry to hear this. When you go onto the iD Mobile app/website, how much data does is state she has on there?

 

Even if you’re unsure whose account is whose, how much data does it state both have on the app?
