I need help to check to see if I have got a new contract out or if it my upgrade?

I’m ready to upgrade what iPhone duo deals do you have as I want to pre order

I want to keep my old number on my new contract

My partner has had an email about her switch today, but I haven’t. Both are confirmed on the checkout as the 16th October 2026. But I haven’t heard anything, and i can’t find anywhere where it tells me the status.  To top all of that off, I can’t register any number, the switching number, or the number the sim came with, in to IDMobile, it just says error. Little annoying.

I have mobile phones contract with ID when I use myself which is {REMOVED} which is I can manage and login no problemthe second phone  {REMOVED} I cannot access or login it wouldn’t let me even change the password. Can you help? Please

I am currently in Australia and am not back in the UK until February. I am due an upgrade in november. My phone isn't in the greatest condition. Is there anyway I can have my upgrade sent to me whilst abroad?.

Hi, my upgrade date is 17/10, I've seen an upgrade on carphone warehouse which is also with id mobile how do I complete this upgrade and not have 2 separate contracts running?

I received my new iPhone 18 pro yesterday and have opened the box but now I would really prefer the burgundy version, is it possible to exchange and if so how do I go about this (we have a curry’s near me)TIA

I want to change my plan

Good morning,Today is my upgrade day, and upon loading the app I was presented with a deal that would be perfect for me - please see the screenshot below.  However when I checked the available deals, this deal was not included. Is it possible for me to get this deal? Thanks, Mercedes.

How can I cancel my contract

I want to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 17 pro max with unlimited call, text and data but don’t want to pay more than what I’m paying at the moment

The ID featured advert to upgrade on a sim only deal states a 12th contract price of £10/mth for 150gb data and unlimited texts/calls………however, when you “click” to upgrade, this particular offer does not appear?any suggestions?

The BAD and the GOOD from IDMobile my experience today 1st November 2025.After deciding I have to many phone's due to work and personal use I decided to upgrade my personal account to a sim only today. After paying out over £31 per month for phone and sim unlimited it's now time to go sim only. I decided to go for unlimited on a monthly contract currently £18 each month, big savings to be made.So I called sale's this morning and spoke to an agent told them that I wanted to upgrade my contract. So after going through the the security checks he processed to start my upgrade. Here's where it all started to go wrong, after giving my phone number to him, he told me that my detail are not on the system. I find this very strange as I've been paying my bill's for year's with no issues. Ok so I gave him my account number and low and beyond this account number not in the system. In turn he asked me if I had given the correct phone number and account number to which l replied most definitely I've

Hello I am wanting to upgrade as my battery on my phone now is awful and wanting to upgrade

Hi, why am I constantly unable to upgrade? In have been with ID for years and have 4 sim only accounts. Every time the order is cancelled due to not passing security checks

How can I change my plan

My plan was ended last month when I have to pay 38.83£ every month for phone and sim but that is finished already and now my direct debt bills is showing I need to pay 38.83£ instead of 16£ cause I upgrade it to just sim unlimited which should be 16£ only not 38.83

I have a second sim card which my daughter uses. I was sent an email today saying that the bill had arrived. When I log in I can only see my bills for my primary number and nothing for the second number that has been in use and billed for a number of months.

Hello, I sent off my phone to trade in when I bought my new contract and I haven’t received any emails regarding the acceptance, I was quoted £290 for it and I haven’t heard anything since. Can you help please? Molly

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction  I’ve got 3 different lines , one is my own the other 2 are my kids , my eldest is nearly 20 and wants the contract to be in there name , is it possible to transfer? They’ve even said about taking the phone number from me and then transfer it back to ID when they get their own contract, again is this possible if the first option isn’t ?  Thanks Craig

Dear ID,I have upgraded my phone with carphone warehouse but the data package is still with ID. I have put in PAC and STAC code when I filled in the form as I want to keep my same number. Will this plan end automatically when that sim is activated? Thanks

My contract is finished and now im looking to get a better deal.I do not want to upgrade my phone, but I would like to keep same number and get an unlimited data plan with calls and texts for a cheaper amount. Is this possible with id?As I read you can't switch sims and keep same number on same network

I upgraded to a new iPhone 17e in September. It took about two weeks to deliver and when they did it was the wrong phone. I received what looked like a used Samsung phone.I contacted them immediately and sent photographic proof.I was then told they would need to investigate with their delivery partner DPD and it would take up to 7 days.I that time I sued their chat, I emailed and I called by phone. It is over a week now and I have no resolution. They have confirmed I am in possession of the wrong phone. They have confirmed they will send me the correct phone. So why have they not done it?My contract is with iDMobile not DPD, their investigation has no bearing on the contractual agreement they have to provide me with the phone I ordered in good faith. The Customer Service so far has been terrible. Constant hiding behind processes and fobbing off of we will escalate and get back to you, I find their treatment of customers the worst I have come across.Absolutely shocking and I’m not sure when
