Plan Changes & Upgrades.

Hi, I recently upgraded my contract in store with curry's, I have all paper work related. But I am not sure when the contract change will happen. As I can see it's still showing as my current contract on the mobile app

My contract is due to finish in the next couple of days however it states I am still unable to view upgrade options. please would it be possible to discuss this with somebody? i would like to see what my options are and also like clarification to ensure this does not automatically renew regardless? In would appreciate guidance with this as soon as possible. Kind regards J Blackburne

Hi, so I’m trying to upgrade my phone (contract ends at the end of may), I’ve been cleared to upgrade though the ID mobile app, however looking on the Carphone warehouse their deals are better, it lets us place the order etc. then get an email & txt saying “To complete your order we need to clarify information you have provided on your order. Once we have confirmed this we will be able to proceed with your order.” Then to call a number. We did this but the person on the phone didn’t have any idea. Ans was advised to wait till my contract ends.We left it. We’ve just tried to upgrade again and the same thing has happened again, my dad is going to call tomorrow, but does anyone have any idea why this is happening? And when we call to discus like the email says no one knows why. thanks so

I spoke to id mobile and carphone warehouse and mobile despite the upgrade being available upon loading the id app and even after the sales agent tried to fix it by keeping the monthly payment 20.00 and attempting to pay upfront costs still not allowing me to process the upgrade. Really disappointed as I was getting eligible upgrade notification constantly and every one i have checked with multiple times told me upgrade and don’t worry upgrade is not going to credit check me again but using the same account yet security keeps failing unbelievable

I need the cheapest plan because I've left uk and now reside in canada...any idea how to switch to that?

Hi, my plan is today eligible for an upgrade, I have looked at the offers available to me both a new handset and a SIM only deal however the only SIM only deal offered is £17 per month. ID mobile offer a SIM only deal at £5 per month which suits my needs so can I upgrade to this plan? Many thanks Rob.

I made an order for a new phone for my daughter and received an email saying the order was cancelled as you need 60 days of payment on the account but I've been with you since may 2024 is this a mistake? Thanks Grahame

I just upgraded my phone and the new bill amount has already started yet there is now a delay with the new phone....why does it not start after I get my upgraded phone first? Otherwise can I cancel the contract and go elsewhere?

If I click on one of the sim only upgrades in the last 30 days of phone contract does that cancel the existing contract at end of period and automatically start the sim only on that date? Or should I cancel current one first then buy the sim only deal

Hi, I’m wondering if it’s possible to port my existing and in use number to a new contract in six months time? I know this can be read and understood in a few ways so let me try to explain below: I am an ID customer with a contract ending in six months time. Lets call this ‘contract A’ I want to change my phone as I’m a little fed up with what I have at the moment. I’ve seen a suitable deal that I want to take out, also with ID mobile. I’ll call this ‘contract B’ My plan is to take out contract B with it’s new handset, but still use my sim from contract A. In six months time, when contract A comes to an end, I’d like to port my number to contract B. I’m aware I’ll have to port to another network first before porting back to ID. Is this possible or is there a time limit from when the new contract starts to be able to port?

When I log in and try to upgrade it says it’s too early to upgrade and that I can only upgrade from February 2025?!

Yr not alone, I’ve been trying for more than a wk now. move contacted ID mobile direct on there contact tel no. Where they once again took all my relevant details & confirmed my Gift Card ref No. Was told wait 24- 48 hrs & it will be activated when I visit Currys. Sadly NOT. Manager Aden claimed he has emailed Currys Medics Team who should sort this issue. I also learned the Medics Team are working on a skeleton crew. Was told to go confirm all my Account details with ID mobile guy. Which I did again. Was finally told after going around in circles it’s possible we should have been sent E gift in form of email???? Not An actual Gift Card. Crazy as they send a courier to ur house from Royal Mail for which you have to provide a specific pin to take delivery of Gift Card We can put a Man on the Moon, but Currys can’t sort Customers Gift Cards!Beggars Belief! Curry’s Continue giving Customers the run around. & Customers are left with No Support??? ID mobile need to give Curry’s a wake up call.

I have changed from EE (for 21 years) to I D. I have purchased unlimited ALL but I have an issue with data. My phone says using low data, and it is very weak. Won’t even scroll face book, never mind hot spot. Please can I have more detail how to fix this issue. I work away as a lone woman and it’s vital I have access to data for sat nav etc. so my situation is urgent, please help rectify. Thank you.

My plan is due to end soon. Am i able to access deals for "new customers" or would i have to leave ID before qualifying?

Can I have my upgrade delivered to a different address than my residence ?

Hi, my name is James. i spoke to live chat today. I’m currently on a sim only and can’t upgrade till August. I am told that when I upgrade that because my plan is £19.99 I would only be able to upgrade to a device of that airtime/data value or less??? That can’t be right????

Why am unable to make calls? I'm being told that I've reached my cut limit even though my call plan is unlimited?
