i want to add another sim only contract to my plan

I already have 2 sim only contracts with id mobile but id like to add/take out another sim only contract for my son, through my account on the id mobile app, but i cant see how i can do this? So I will then have 3 separate sim only contracts with id mobile

Thank you for getting in touch. We’re sorry for any confusion around adding another SIM-only contract to your existing iD Mobile account.

You can take out an additional SIM-only plan for your son. This would be a separate contract, but once the new plan is active, you can link it to your existing iD Mobile app and manage your plans from the same place.

To arrange the additional plan, you’ll need to place a new order rather than adding the contract directly through your existing plan. If you’re having difficulty finding the option, our Sales team can help you set this up and discuss the available SIM-only plans.
