wont let me upgrade

Hello can anyone help it’s saying that I can upgrade today but when I log in it’s says it’s to early u can upgrade on the 1/3/25 and that’s today but it won’t let me

Do you have an active Direct Debit on the account?

Please can you log into the app and your account online to see if you are able to upgrade this way?

However please get back to us here if you still have issues.

It may be worth trying later on in the day or even on the next day.

My upgrade date wadls 25th July, but it wont let me upgrade

Have you tried deleting your cache/cookies?

Are you using your online account, or iD app?

I'm not quite sure what happened, but it let me do it from the upgrade section on here 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
