Today I have upgraded my phone and contract to the Samsung s25+ with a magnetic case went through all the process and paid the money has been processed on my bank however I have received no emails and every time I log on to my account it keeps saying I am able to upgrade I dont want to go through the process again and fork out more money then fight to get a refund please can anyone advise on what I can do
