I'm a little confused... It is time for to upgrade and in the id mobile app I'm shown a SIM free option, 24 month contract, United calls and texts and 63gb of data per month. £4.50 for the first 6 months and then £9 per month after that. Sounds great! So I click "upgrade now" thinking that would be great. I get taken to the site, ready to upgrade. But, this offer isn't there! I speak to live chat (that's a separate niggle but I digress) who eventually tell me that the offer is no longer available. But it was, and still is, on the app for me. How can this be? And how do I get the offer? I'd love to upgrade and commit to the 24 month contract as I've had no problems while I've been here but instead I was offered a SIM only deal in not interested in and it's nearly double the cost. How can something be there and not there? 

Hi I am changing plans in your network with new phone number, but I need to stop the renewal of my contract for phone number + { REMOVED }

Right first time is the way things should be. But this concept is foreign for ID Mobile.I changed to a plan with more data.  Depsite playing the new rate, which was higher, I received the same data.  I spoke with 2 agents, 2 fridays in a row trying to expalin that, but neither of them are getting it. On the 3rd Friday I am told “  I request proof of data 2 both times, but I never received anything.  Very fe words can describe how dissatisfied I am with ID mobile and their Chat service. I feel like I am chatting with AI, not a person So when you change your plan… Brace for the opposite of a smooth transition.

How do I get my PAC code if my find won’t send or receive text, even tried it in other phones. i have been on chat for over an hour and Nonceba has literally asked me 3 times with the same message to confirm my phone number and then says the only way for me to get it is through text messages and has stopped replying. the website keeps giving me an error message.

Can I continue using ID mobile if I move to Guernsey? 

I tried upgrading my phone and completed the contract stuff etc. theres a pending upfront cost from my bank app but because of the cloudlare stuff i dont know if my upgrade actually went through. What if ID charge me but havent actually upgraded me

Hi! I placed an order/upgrade on 10th Nov. Besides the original email with an order reference number I have had no futher contact, nor a new handset.  In the upgrade email it also stated that new allowances will be available within 24h. This has not happened either. Can someone please get in contact with me to confirm the order and to inform when should I expect the new handset.Thanks!

Why is it cheaper to start new contract than upgrade. £6 difference in price monthly and as a loyal customer why are we paying more  to upgradeAny advice or is it time to leave 

So Yesterday (18/11) I spoke to sales team, and found a upgrade deal and device. I Selected, my colour and plan etc and was then told to Choose White as this would guarantee delivery today (19/11) - I did and this was before 20:00. I contact teams via the online chat thing today, to get ETA and was advised phone is out of stock and wait till 28/11 and situation is out of there hands.  1) why sold me a lie, 2) if indeed sold out, why still available to purchase on site, and 3) Does 28/11 mean by then or will get it then? 

When I signed up to sim only deal it stated £30 cashback still awaiting and don’t know how to contact Id mobile direct how do I claim it 

I make upgrade to new sim plan.But i see on uswich thay offer better deal.Can you seasy much the same deal for me as a long term loyal customer?Uswich offer is £6 for one month 20gb

I purchased new sim on id online. Then I fund better deal on uswich I think be easier to upgrade to better deal for you id people.  Why i must send this sim back and make another purchase?

Hi, I’m out of contract with ID and want a different plan but without changing my phone number. Is it possible to do this by keeping existing SIM and speaking with someone in Customer Services for them to activate the new service? Or do I need a new SIM and then get the number ported over? The Chatbot doesn’t like this Q 😁

I have a pay monthly plan with ID that is 24 months long and I am not able to upgrade, rather, “downgrade”. I would love if I could switch to a cheaper plan! I have tried for a while to switch but it always says they don’t “have any plans available” which I’m sure can’t be true. Maybe I have to stick with the plan for a little longer before I can switch? If anyone knows why I can’t switch please let me know! 

So despite being told over and over again by staff on here and over the phone, I just got a call after upgrading my sim only deal (24 months+ customer) to an iphone that I failed a credit check. I wasn’t aware that there was a credit check? There was no mention of this anywhere. I was told there aren’t for upgrades from sim only. Especially since im coming from being a ID Mobile customer for years and never missing a single payment.

Does ID mobile use the date format of the USA instead of Uk? I ask this as on my plan it says upgrade date the 12/11/2025 ans then says I have not been with ID mobile long enough to upgrade. ThNks i  advance for any replies

I've got 3 accounts and want to 2 of them but when I go into the upgrade section of sum only they only show the sum plans that cost£16 or more even though on the main screen it offers the £10 deal am I doing anything wrong? 

Hello. I’m currently due a upgrade and when I’m trying to do so on my the app it’s saying I don’t have a direct debt set up but I do 

At the end of September I traded in my old phone as there was an offer of an extra £250 when getting a pixel 10.I followed all the instructions, entering the trade in order number on the dedicated form for the extra 250First problem was the return package didn't arrive.  I contacted support and eventually a package arrived. I returned my old phone and maybe a couple of weeks later I got the standard trade in price paid.I was already aware the extra 250 was a separate payment. However is still hasn't been paid. Despite several emails, I'm getting nowhere.Shortly I will be passing this to the Communications Ombudsman as making any progress to resolve the issue has been like banging my head against a brick wall

I upgraded to the Pixel 10 on 28 August which was in the promotion period for getting a £100 Currys voucher when you got a 10.There is something I want to buy ar Currys for £600 so the voucher would be very handy! Has anyone had theirs yet? Any idea when it will come as it is now over 30 days since the promo finished.

I had an old plan on my Google Pixel 6, which when I reached the end of the 24 month contract, I stayed on the data only plan for £6 per month for over a year. The ID Mobile app said I can upgrade my phone. I finally did last week. I have yet to recieve any confirmation email, and my app hasn’t updated with the new plan. It is still saying I have a £6 per month bill, and I can’t see anywhere the details for my new plan. I have received no email or correspondence. That being said, ID mobile sent the phone and I got it fine. I do not know where ID are billing the new contract. I know i can’t put private info like my phone number and or email on this thread, but would someone be able to reach out and help me? I don’t want my DD going somewhere I don’t know.
