ID pay as you go SIM - but can't find my new phone number to top up!

I bought a ID pay as you go SIM, paid £8 for data, unlimited calls and texts - but when i make calls it says i have no credit.

 

I have no idea what my new phone number is to create an account to top up. In my phone settings it says "number unknown". I've been to a car phone warehouse to scam the barcode on the back, but it didn't recognise the barcode. What on Earth is going on and how do I fix it!

    We are sorry to hear you are unable to make calls using the PAYG service. 

    Is this happening when you attempt to dial all numbers?
