hi, my contract is ending, soon, can i cancel contract and switch to a sim only contract but keep my  phone number??

Your plan will just continue after your contract ends but you can change your plan.

      Okay ​@Sue Bee, as soon as the minimum-term of your existing iD contract has ended, you can upgrade to a SIM-only plan (using the official iD upgrade process), which would allow you to keep your phone number.

        Hey there ​@Sue Bee, as kindly advised by both ​@MZone & ​@andewhite, you can indeed upgrade with us once your contract ends, and this will automatically keep your number so long as you choose and order an upgrade.
