Renewing PAYG plan before last one expires

Hi, my PAYG plan expires in a few days but I have run out of data and already topped up once. I would like to renew my PAYG plan now, not wait for it to expire. 

I also found last time my plan came to an end, it expired and I then had no internet or calls to be able to renew the plan. I had to find WiFi quickly to renew. 

Is there a way I can renew the plan a day or 2 before it we expires so I can avoid these situations?

Hey there ​@Neve2000, thank you for reaching out. I don’t believe you can purchase another bundle whilst one is active I’m afraid, however, you should be able to purchase an individual data add-on for the time being when needed.

    If you are topping up on a regular basis (before your PAYG expires) have you looked at the iD Mobile SIM ONLY month-to-month plans? They are affordable and you don’t have to worry about renewing or topping up as these plans run on a monthly basis (and unused data rolls over) and automitically renew.

    Hi! Unfortunately that article has been archived and I can't view it, and the linked article there doesn't seem to answer my question.

    I am not able to get a monthly plan unfortunately as I have only been living in the UK for a few months and don't have credit score or housing record yet.

    My main issue is that when my PAYG plan expires, I don't have any data when I am out to repurchase a plan. I would like to start a new plan the day before my plan expires to avoid this.
