call cut off while queing for doctor

Sat in a queue for a doctors appointment; call dropped. Lost my place. Called again - 4 or 5 minutes then dropped again.

Is the issue only with that number or is it occurring with other numbers also?

Do you receive any error messages or does it just disconnect?

It seems it was a complete failure in the area. We couldnt make calls yesterday at all aorund here. Everything seems back on now
