application enquiry

I have just signed up for a sim only contract for my son. In the application I put my phone number as a contact but am just worried now that it will be my number that gets kept when I add the PAC code. My son wants to keep his number

Hi @Helenopher

You’ll give a phone number to create the order, that doesn’t mean the number on the new iD Mobile plan will be that one, it’s just used for details, nothing more.

Only if you’ve given a PAC code along with a number would a number transfer happen.

Did you ask your service provider for a PAC for your mobile number, @Helenopher

If you got a PAC, did you give it to iD Mobile when you signed-up for your son’s iD account?
