Forgotten account login for new sim.

My old SIM went faulty and I have a new SIM.

I've forgotten acct login details and the only reset option is for id to send me a security code. I can't receive the code because the new SIM is not registered.

How do I break this stupid loop.

How can i recover my son's login details my mum sorted the contract out for my son but she passed away in November
