I am in Portugal and since I arrived here Ive been tryong to use date but cant. Roaming is active both on my phone and on the app, all I get is the 4g symbol flickering on and off the top right corner of the phone screen and cant connect to the internet. Tried selecting manual network and nothing works.

If I understand, you can use calls and texts but not data?
It sounds like the APN settings are incorrect.
What device are you using?
