can not receive text message from some networks

I switched to ID mobile 2 week again, everything is fine apart from one major issue.

I can not receive text messages being sent from some network.  I do receive text message from some but not others ( no blocking or spam)

I can not install my bank apps and so on as I do not receive codes from them, my children on giffgafff , I cannot receive message from them iether, some of my friends to. but I do receive message from some.

I have tried all things but I do not know what to do now., there is no one to talk to

Okay @Tan Nguyen, iD Mobile support is 100% online, there is no telephone support.

You’ll need someone at iD Mobile to look at your iD account.
Speak to iD using their online live chat, otherwise contact them privately using Facebook Messenger, or Twitter DM (direct message).

The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays.
