There is not internet connection about two days even contact customer service was not useful

Okay @Safa, if you’re happy waiting another day or two, somebody from iD Mobile should read your posts and reply.

Alternatively, for more immediate assistance from iD use their online live chat, Facebook Messenger, or send a Twitter DM (direct message). The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).

Absolutely zero service no one listening to you it’s been 48 hours without data no internet connection at all even did chat with them no one can fix it very disappointing

Get assistance from iD using Facebook Messenger, or send a Twitter DM (direct message).
The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).
