"Payment unsuccessful" despite taking money

Hi,

 

My phone was barred, so I paid the bill today. However, it kept telling me that the payment wasn’t successful, but id mobile have taken two payments today from my bank?

There’s no live chat. There’s no contact phone, you have to write on a public forum

I can’t even call mental health hotlines, my doctor, or dentist due to the bar in place

Unfortunately, you can’t talk on the phone to iD Mobile anymore @hawthornflk - everything is online nowadays.

You can speak privately to iD customer service using Facebook Messenger, or by Twitter DM. 

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

I’m sorry to hear this, are the payments pending or confirmed?

 

The bar is typically lifted as soon as the owed is paid, in the iD Mobile app, does it show as paid?
