I went online and ordered a phone on contract this has been processed and an order number issued
my bank details were taken to set up direct debit this was supposed to have been despatched next day , it’s now nearly a week and I can’t talk to anyone with this issue
if the order is not being honoured then I should be informed
I am in the process of ordering a sim from a reputable company as I feel cheated
