If you’ve just received a replacement iD SIM card
You can activate a replacement SIM from your iD account online or iD app.

Could you let us know exactly what’s happened here?
We wouldn’t have SIM free accounts, if you purchase a device from us SIM free, it’d just be that, no accounts, a device purchased in full.
Have you upgraded from a device plan to a SIM only? If so you may be sent a new SIM card in the mail via Royal Mail within 3-5 working days, or need a replacement SIM card as
