unable to call 03 numbers

I am unable to call numbers it seems that start with 03 . It says my phone is capped and I need to add more money to make the call but I have unlimited calls. Help please

Hi @JChristey 

 

03 numbers may be chargeable on top of your regular line rental, as this may be a premium call you may need to raise your bill cap to be able to call out to these numbers.
