Hi I upgraded today received an email confirmation about my order then received another email saying order cancelled because it a duplicate order? What’s that mean?

Give the telephone sales team a call on 020 7139 1397 (during normal office hours) and they will be able to tell you.

Hi @Rupinder Rai 

 

It sounds like the order was made twice and one of them was automatically cancelled as it saw this as a mistake, it could be worth as @WelshPaul suggests to get in touch with the sales team and see what they mention about the order(s).
