Since I've had my upgrade few months now. Basically the fone has turned it self off 3-4 times and can take 1hr -3+hrs for it to turn back on. Its getting very frustrating for me now. What can I do???

It sounds like the handset may be faulty.
You can take this to your local Curry’s store to be looked at or you can contact the manufacturer directly.
