updated app and now cannot access it

Just updated the idmobile app and now cannot access account. The app asked me to enter phone number, surname and date of birth. I do this and it tells me details don't match my account. If I select the option "I don't have an idmobile phone number it takes me to web version and I can log in here using my email address and password. It also shows that the details I am entering into the app are the same as those on my account.

Not a great first impression of new app.

same problem - re-registered and now cannot log in. Pile of crap. Never seen such shambles. Always have problems with their app or web access.

Sorry you feel this way, we believe anybody who has already registered to the new iD Mobile app can now log in, the only users who should be affected are ones who have not already registered.

 

Please could you attempt to log in again?
