app wont let me change direct debit date


New app won’t let me change direct debit date. I have two plans and want both bills coming out on the same date

Thanks for your feedback, sorry to hear about the issue you’re having trying to change your Direct Debit date. 

Could you tell me a bit more about the error your experiencing? i.e, do you get an error message when attempting to change your Direct Debit date, or does the option not appear at all?
