app and website login

I successfully added my plans to the app (I have 3) but if I then login online it removes the associated plan from the app and I have to re-add it everytime. Anyone know why?

The app and website conflict, so this may happen, we’d recommend keeping on one or the other for now, while the team gets the new app fixed it.
