Can never log in to new app

Since the new app update I have registered a new account, but haven't been able to log in once! People have been having issues for over a month and can't check bills etc, there must be some sort of compensation scheme for paying for a service we're not getting?

What happens when you try to log in?

 

Are you sure you’ve registered successfully?

 

We have no plans for compensation for users having issues with the app.

It just says Unable to connect to iD mobile with a try again button that doesn't work. 

If I reinstall the app, After entering my password it just says oops something went wrong and after closing the app I try to log in but it doesn't work. I definitely registered as I can sign in in a browser, its just the app that’s broken. Many people have the same problem so I assume its on you to fix it but it's been months now.

You’ll need to re-register to the new app.

Can you please try and register for the new iD app as your original login will work for the browser.

If you have any issues, please let us know.

I've just tried to log in to my account and was forced to register again

This didn't work because the 6 digit verification code that was sent to me wasn't recognised. 


I am also unable to register for the app - every verification code is saying incorrect even when directly copying and pasting from the email. 


Thank goodness it’s not just me, I can’t re register either - tried numerous times, keeps saying 6digit code is incorrect


I have reregistered, the new login works online but not on the app. I can't register again because I already have.

There was a recent issue with the codes sent for registering, however we believe this is now resolved.

I can’t login after being asked to update the app, make a new password. 

 

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, it used to work, FIX IT!

OnePlus 7 pro phone, but other family members on different phones have similar problems and almost every app store review says the same thing.
