Disappointed


Ordered my new phone and sim. Received it yesterday. Network does not work. Restarted, rebooted, re-inserted, no joy. I'm trying the app, the same. 

It is disgraceful. I have paid for the product they offer, yet cannot deliver. 

Get a grip iD mobile!!!

Are you getting no signal whatsoever?
