Who in their right mind would roll out an untested App? I'm in IT and testing is absolutely necessary before making changes. Anybody at ID heard of change control? This is pure bad customer service. Sack the heads of IT and Customer Service, neither of them is competent.

The team did lots of work testing in the background, however no test would show issues quite like a full rollout, the team is working to get any issues resolved.
