Came to ID from EE, Got sick of the flaky EE website and rising prices.

Lo and behold, ID website and app down and ID mobiles IT dept. seem to have no idea, even the cardphone warehouse link on the down page took 2 days to code right so it actually took you to the right page.

You test the new app and website on a development or pre-production system before you go live, then when they are ready you put live.

Good job its a 30 day contract as i won’t be staying, good job ID

Oh and what you never do is blame too many users for logging in when in facts its your bad planning and design that caused it

Hey there @Jingo2000, thank you for reaching out, and we’re very sorry you feel this way.

As with anything new, there can indeed be issues that can’t be accounted for until the specific thing is released to the public. Unfortunately, there have been some issues with the app since releasing that our teams have been working on resolving for the greater good, which did indeed mean taking it offline recently, so our teams have time to work on this.

We sincerely apologise for the wait on this for all customers affected, and of course, we didn’t want the new app release to go this way.

We appreciate the feedback, and if you have decided/do decide to leave because of this, then we only wish you nothing but the best with your new network, and apologise it didn’t work out.

For registered customers, you should be able to login now on the app and website. Additionally, unregistered customers should now be able to register and login via our web-page (not on the app just yet).

Best wishes,

Tyler
