when we sign a new contract, both parties have a duty, id mobile have simply let me down on a brand new contract, nothing works, absolutely nothing, so what am i paying a contract for, even the number they supplied with the phone doesn’t work, nevermind the actual port of my original phone number.
how can a company still be allowed to sell contracts knowing full well they are not up to the standards needed for meeting their end of the deal.
yes sir you can have a mobile phone contract, but don’t expect to make a call on it, or send a message, or really do anything that doesn’t require wifi.
