It's been 10 days guys

According to this forum it’s been at least 10 days since My Account and the app have been unavailable. I’m trying to pay my monthly bill guys. I can’t even call because my service has been stopped until my bill is paid.

Surely an unavailability like this should last 3 days maximum? How much longer are we going to have to wait just to access our online information again? Another week? The end of the month? 40 days?

The good news is, steps are being made in the right direction. For your specific query, you should be able to contact our IVR on 7777 from an iD Mobile SIM, or 0333 003 7777 from any other device. This service will allow you to make any outstanding payments.

This is over a week if I go over my usage because I can't monitor it I don't expect to be charged extra as this is totally unacceptable so called service.

You can check your usage at anytime through our Automated Phone Service (call 7777 using an iD Mobile SIM, 0333 003 7777 from any other device).
