I have just installed the ID mobile App on my new phone and can’t log in. I get an error message “oops something went wrong” “please try again” I have tried again, no luck, I have re-registered, no luck. I have uninstalled and re-installed the App, still the same issue. I noted that I am not on my own. Please help

No, have not been able to register, I will try again when I am back in the UK. I am currently accessing my account from the web which is not ideal.
the error occurred after installing the App and registering my account on the App which I couldn’t .
