New App Still Broken


New app keep going back to the ‘Get Started Page’ after coming out of the App, this happens every time after not being used for half an hour or so

We understand this is frustrating, and our Tech Team are working hard to iron out some of the kinks with the new iD Mobile app. A great way to speed up the process is using a Autofill service, I use the iCloud Keychain on my iPhone.

Thanks for the reply Matthew, I do use Autofill and yes it do help for speediness, hopefully you will have the App up to 100% shortly.
