Text Code Taking To Long

When I try to set up the new app the text code takes a long time to come through. So long I've not been able to set it up after multiple attempts.

We’re aware of an issue that OTP are taking longer than expected to be received, which should now be resolved. Currently the iD Mobile App & MyAccount Online are unavailable. Once they're back up and running, try giving it another go!


Try giving support your customer service is a joke 


Taking they long is not good, I was travelling abroad and wanted to change my account limit. The app not working meant I couldn't do this for a few days. 

Even when the code did come through it still showed an error initially. It's abit of a mess
