Been trying to register for two weeks now, tried multiple times at different times of day but can't get past the please bear with us page. We have 3 accounts in the house and we're all effectively locked out of our accounts. When will this be sorted out as we're seriously thinking maybe it's time to look elsewhere for our mobile provider......

Agreed it’s an absolute joke. Team ID when is this going to be fixed properly?

The team are aware of ongoing issues with the iD Mobile app, we believe most of the issues are however resolved, it may be worth trying again, apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Your normal service will still go on as normal, any outage with the app isn’t affecting your ability to use the iD Mobile service.
