Since the app update the app will not accept my password or date of birth when it is up and running I will cancel my account,I now know why their plans are cheap.

We’re aware that some customers may be having trouble registering or logging into the new iD Mobile app and MyAccount Online. Do you have a screenshot of the error you get when registering? When everything is back up and running, happy to try and help!
