Why can't I login to the App? This has been going on for a week. It's ridiculous.

Already tried that.  It doesn't work.

All I get is the attached message

How do I do that on my android phone?

I see you’re using Google Chrome. First click the 3 dots on the top right of your screen:

Then tap “New Incognito tab”. Go to my.idmobile.co.uk and try registering. Hopefully it should work!
