I’ve just tried on my own browser, perhaps try an Incognito or Private Tab? We’re aware of instability with the iD Mobile app & MyAccount online, so if that doesn’t work, please try again later today.

I see you’re using Google Chrome. First click the 3 dots on the top right of your screen:
Then tap “New Incognito tab”. Go to my.idmobile.co.uk and try registering. Hopefully it should work!
