phone bill issue

I’ve paid my phone bill but I can’t ring out and it’s just taking me to bill payment helpline but all my payments are upto date I’ve tried resetting my phone and it’s still not working

Once you make the payment the account should be working after 2 hours.

Can you please advise if it’s working for you now as I can see it has been 3 days since you posted.
