My contract ended on January 28 i choose to upgrade to £10 per month on 29th of January I was paying £47.66 for my contract but im still getting charged till march for the £47.66 when i have changed it to £10 per month 

Sounds like you might’ve purchased a new connection instead of an upgrade, @Caitlin Mccallum.

Hi Tom I kept my old number but haven’t ever rlly received email by them about billing I normally check my app but I received a text when I upgraded saying next bill maybe higher than usual after I upgraded

Okay, this is likely due to the upgrade being done after the bill was already sent through, meaning it was going to be charged at the old price.

 

The next months bill will be adjusted to the newer plan but also to refund/credit you for what you’ve overspent this time around.
