At iD Mobile we’re all about keeping you connected. Unfortunately, there are some countries in which our Network Partner, Three, do not have a roaming agreement in place. This means you won’t be able to use any roaming services in the following countries:
Iran, Mayotte, Laos, Libya, Bhutan, Burundi, Chad, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Comoros, Cook Islands, Curacao, Djibouti, East Timor, Eritrea, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kirbati, Lesotho, Mali, Marshall Island, Mauritania, Micronesia Republic, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Palau, Palestine, Pitcairn Island, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Suriname, Swaziland, Syria, Tibet, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Wallis and Futuna Islands, Western Sahara, Zimbabwe.
Additionally, there are some restrictions in the following countries:
Cuba – SMS services not supported.
Namibia – Data services not supported.
Macau – Data services not supported.
